My name is Pedro, and as the owner and Pastry Chef, I transformed my passion for Portuguese pastries into a thriving business. After moving here in 2015 and realizing the demand for these delightful treats, I returned to Portugal to train professionally. Since opening in 2016, we’ve focused on distributing our pastries to local coffee shops, restaurants, and major supermarkets like Farro and Countdown.
