At Grizzly Baked Goods, my passion for baking shines through every loaf and pastry we create. It all started one late November night in 2013, when I hand-rolled, boiled, and baked bagels that quickly gained popularity at the Christchurch Farmers’ Market. Today, our dedicated team of eight bakers, including my wife Sara, crafts a delightful range of real sourdough bread, pastries, donuts, and, of course, bagels.
